1. Use of the service

LookVera is an AI-powered fashion studio. You may not misuse the platform, overload the infrastructure, attempt reverse engineering, or use the service for unlawful activity.

2. Ownership of generated content

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, generated outputs created through LookVera belong to the user who generated them.

You may use your generated content for social media, marketing, and commercial brand materials, as long as your inputs and use comply with the law.

3. Uploaded material and responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for every image, logo, garment, likeness, or other material you upload.

4. Fair use policy

Automated abuse, unauthorized API use, scraping, bot activity, or attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited. We may suspend access when abuse is detected.

5. Purchases and refunds

Digital credits and similar instantly consumed services may become non-refundable once used. If a technical issue prevents delivery of the purchased service, support requests will be reviewed according to the applicable refund policy.
